We planned on placing these in our outdoor patio area, but ended up placing them on our front porch, and they really pop (we purchased the cherry red color – 2 of them). We’re very happy with these chairs, and they were easy to assemble. The price was a little higher, but the quality is great. We’ve been experiencing a lot of wind and rain so far, and they seem to be holding up well. As Polywood builds these chairs upon receiving orders, it does take some time to arrive. Overall, we recommend these chairs.

I’ve purchased Polywood furniture before and found it to be very satisfactory. This recent purchase was disappointing. When I unboxed the chairs I heard a rattling. I thought perhaps pieces were broken. However, what was rattling were the chair bottom slats, some of which were loose. So, I had to tighten the fasteners that should have been completed at the factory. Additionally, one of the screws was completely stripped. I could pull it out by hand. I needed to replace it with a larger stainless screw that I happened to have on hand. Based on the price of these chairs, and, my positive experiences in the past with this brand, I was very surprised at the lack of quality control.

Beautiful, sturdy and very comfortable. I would highly recommend.
