Living in Eastern Pennsylvania, I needed patio furniture that can hold up to all kinds of weather – sun, rain, snow and high winds, too. I ordered 4 of the Trex Adirondack chairs to go around our fire pit, and they are fantastic. They are heavy enough to never blow over, but my 9 year old can move them around a bit if she needs to. The color (vintage lantern) is a deep dark brown with a touch of red, and looks good against our stone pavers. I love that they are easy to clean – just hose down! And I don’t need to bring them in in the winter. The arms are wide enough to place a drink on – so no need for side tables. I find the seat very comfortable. My husband and I are both over 6 feet tall and sometimes furniture feels small to us – these chairs fit well, and have room for persons with wider “”seats.”” The chairs came packaged well with clear assembly instructions and a handy T-topped Allen wrench for assembly. You also need a 3/8″” wrench to assemble. If you are doing more than 1, I highly recommend a 3/8″” socket wrench – it made the job go a lot faster. My husband and I assembled 4 in less than an hour.
